Shipping will be via USPS or FedEx depending on the size/weight of the package. All orders will come with a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped. Please allow for potential delays when ordering since USPS and FedEx sometimes face shipping delays that are out of our control. Some unforeseen delays have occurred due to inclement weather so please check out their respective websites ahead of time to see if announcements have been posted related to delays in shipping. We guarantee that your orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
If a product is lost in transit we will trace it via the provided tracking number and contact USPS/FedEx on your behalf. It is our duty to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition.
If your order arrives cracked, broken or damaged in any way please let us know within 48 hours of the package being delivered according to the tracking number. Provide a photo as well so we can submit a claim. A new package will be shipped out immediately free of charge.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns since the product is personally engraved.
